Taking a holistic approach to your life - Wellbeing
Wellbeing is an integral aspect to our lives. Something it is easy to lose sight off in life. You may feel you have physical and mental signs that indicate you need to reflect on your wellbeing. I take a holistic approach which encompasses previous health history, relationships and other elements of your life.
There is so much wellbeing information out there that we are bombarded with. This will give you a direction to benefit from positive decisions to improve your emotional and mental health too. When you take steps to minimise stress and it’s impact on your body and mind you will make life more peaceful.
Mindfulness may be one of the wellbeing approaches that you chose. Where we explore present-moment experience without evaluation as a way of improving the quality of your life. Some examples of what it can be useful for are relaxation, stress, anxiety, low mood and pain.
Sometimes there may be something in particular you would like to explore like sleep, anxiety, anger, low mood, lack of motivation.
If this is your preference then please book a session with me.
Whatever age you are my teaching experience will benefit you with your study skills for course work and examinations. You may decide to include wellbeing and mindfulness as part of this.

Sometimes your knight in shining armour turns out to be yourself.
I am an Adult Person-centred therapist with a child and young person’s integrative therapy CPCAB qualification and experience. I decided to study these two qualifications simultaneously because I believe understanding the child is key to understanding the adult and vice a versa.
If you have any questions, or to arrange an initial assessment appointment please do not hesitate to be in touch. I am happy to discuss any concerns you may have before we meet for the first time.
